All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf (such as customer service), with carriers as necessary to transmit SMS messages, with aggregators and providers of the Text Message services, or when required by law, regulation, or subpoena.

6. Data Security & Retention

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and retain records only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
